Singer Residence

This project is a renovation of a 4 bedroom house in south Florida for a repeat client whom hMa had previously worked with in 2001 (Singer Residence).
The spaces were designed to maximize light and a combination of very light and very dark materials were used to create strong contrasts in the southern sun. The bathroom was designed as an extension of an outdoor patio, while the kitchen is open on three sides to the living space.
